Persimmon Bread Pudding

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. persimmon
1/2 c. raisins and nuts
Mix together. Makes one loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
