Kokkam Ssam (Dried Persimmon Slices)

Yield: 6 servings

10 md Dried Persimmons
30 Peeled walnuts

Remove the bases from the Persimmons, take out the seeds and fill the cavities with walnuts. Cut the
Persimmons crosswise into 112" thick slices.
